She is passionate about creating an encouraging, welll-organised environment where young performers feel confident, supported, and excited to grow. With a strong focus on communication, planning, and student wellbeing, Leisha works closely with tutors, families, and the wider THESPA family to deliver high-quality experiences both in the studio and on the stage.
